Hey just bought a n391 for my wife (cheaper than a replacement battery for her old N181)

With the camera, it is a little flip-up jobbie, but when you flip it around to face outwards, the picture is upside down. WTF is up with that? Is that normal, and they're just to cheap to put in a switch to detect which way the camera is facing, or is the camera stuffed?
