I've recently been Skyping, and I've noticed an issue with my upload speed on Xtra.

Using different computers at home, skyping to different locations in the US, I've noticed my upload speed slowing to a crawl of a steady 1kbps and remaining there on a number of occasions, even when video is enabled.

My upload speed is easily 65kB/s, as we've been cabinetised, but skype never wants to use more than around 35-40kB/s.

Has anyone else noticed this occurring? I'm wondering if it's a UDP issue?

Skype is currently experiencing a global outage. They are not very forthcoming with this issue though.
