Which LFC services your area though? Spark are only trialing this with UFF currently AFAIK.

 

 

Pretty sure Chorus is still our LFC (Camborne, Plimmerton).

 

The letter I got says, "WE'RE UPGRADING BROADBAND ON POPE ST". Perhaps this is a different street upgrade scheme?

Currently spark is only doing this with UFF as a trail, wait till they start it up with Chorus and you will likely then get a full offering..

Mum received a letter today regarding the upgrading - is it an option or does she have to upgrade? my understanding of the letter is that the upgrade is mandatory - is that true? if not, someone needs to proof read letters before they're sent out.
