I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong but downloaded the app yesterday and logged in, however wasn't able to change/activate any of the modes and it displayed all the different usage types at 0%?

Have you been with us a while?
We've seen a few customers have this issue where there is something missing in their account that stops the link between the network and the account happening properly- usually it's customers who have been with us a while.
It's an easy fix though, so just drop a note through the feedback section of the app (under the profile section) and we'll get it sorted for you.

We signed up with you guys when we moved, which was mid-Feb 2014 :) It doesn't seem that much of a while, but time flies I guess when you're having fun... and haven't had many issues with the internets? :P

For those who still haven't received their invites - we don't send them ourselves, either Google or Apple does.
Check spam folders and things like Promotions folders if you're using Gmail. PM either me or BigpipeNZ if you still haven't had an invite by 5 pm today.

Bit of a long shot, but if it's only the email thats getting lost, you might still be able to get the app by searching for Bigpipe in the google play store.
Let us know if that works.
If you are on iOS, you'll need to download the test flight app first, then when you open that you should see Bigpipe in there is you've been given access properly.

Just to be 100% sure - this needs to be the email account associated with your Play store. NOT necessarily the same as your Bigpipe account email.
