Behodar: Site fell over for me at payment; I changed it to "add to my bill" so hopefully it's all sorted.

I remember there was a submit order button at the very last page.

I got the iPhone 5 on launch day with Telecom, and now I'm trying to pre-order the 6 using my existing account but it says I'm not able to change my plan online and I need to contact them? I can only select a new connection date in October too, which is well after the time my contract ends. Anyone else run into this? Im not happy and want to order! hahahaha

Same thing happened for me, I believe the date is when you want to start the new contract. I just choose 3 Oct and it still gave me a 26 Sept delivery date.

I have confirmed my account eligibility with Spark and they said I will have no problems preordering.

Did you select open term or contract as the plan? I opted for a cheaper open term plan than the $69/month contract I'm on at the moment. Maybe that had something to do with it? I was also told I'd have no issue buying / renewing or whatever as my contract ends next week 25th

I choose contract as plan because the subsidy still ends up cheaper than a cheaper plan over 24 months for me.

Pre-ordered mine from Spark on the open term $39 plan.

Will see when it arrives, my account credit for hardware is with Digital Mobile so I might have to get one from them to use the credit and them sell it.

Apparently they get theirs in the second run so could be a month away! You never know though I could get it early and have 2 x Iphone6+ 64GB !

Yeah, and I got a "system error" (I think that was the wording). However it looks like everything is OK; I still received an order confirmation after switching it to "bill me" and my bank isn't showing a charge to my card so it seems that all is well.

Mine shows 3 Oct for plan start date too. I'm switching from another provider so it's not worrying me too much; I'll just use my old SIM (my work has a cutter to make it "nano") until it switches over.

So just got off the phone with Spark and the lady was very kind but said I can't order it as my contract doesn't officially finish until the 25th, so I can only change my plan on the 26th (Launch day). So now I'm stuck  :'(

I has same issue using credit card. But it went alright with bill me option. I have secured mine but I will still be going to launch day and get one from there and sell the pre order one. We were told it will be delivered by 26th now it says 3-5 days from 26th but still not bad..

Spark is being good to us.. Vodafone and 2 degrees won't be doing them without contract which is bad especially for me who upgrade iphone every year.

I'm giving Spark the benefit of the doubt there; I suspect that the "3-5 days" is a generic message.

Edit: Twitter confirms that.

3-5 working days delivery is standard notice for all orders placed online, but our aim is to deliver the iphone 6 to you on the 26th, if all goes to plan, it should be in your hands this time next week (give or take a few hrs :) ) Cheers ^RW
