- they're less than awesome (as expected given likely cabinet distance) but was actually wondering if there was any way to get (slightly) more accurate figures ?
Thanks

I saw it now :) it's possibly best to phone up and say it had arrived else you'll risk getting charged for it, sorry dude, nothing's free haha
keeza: Don't know whether others are experiencing this as well but I have been bumped down the waiting list 3 times.
keeza: Don't know whether others are experiencing this as well but I have been bumped down the waiting list 3 times. I called and got told VDSL would be connected 31 July, then I get a text yesterday saying it will be connected 1 Aug and now I get a text saying 2 Aug. I call up Telecom and they say it could change again. Tell them I'm not happy and explain circumstances but I got snapped at. Not cool. Anyone going through this kind of stuff? How long did it take you to get connected? Pretty frustrating since I'm currently in Auckland and need to travel down to Wellington to make sure I am there in time for the VDSL tech but keep getting told different dates. I travel a lot for work so this is driving me a bit nuts.
Anyone with other VDSL providers or can give me feedback on them?
Thanks :)

Pulinski: After 10 days of excellent VDSL performance, today I haven't even got a broadband/DSL light on my Technicolor VDSL modem.
Called faults, have to wait 24 hours for a technician to visit. Frustrated now.
Can't understand what has gone wrong.
Chrisclarke:
However my speeds aren't great (15 down and less than 1 up). I don't know much about these things but notice that the downstream attenuation is 22.5 which seems very high? I was getting 1 up and 13.5 down on ADSL and browsing the internet actually seems slower!
