I downloaded the App, logged in ok.

But I am getting the "Not set up as a Bigpipe customer" error in the mode selector page.

Does anyone know if there's any precedent for this type of consumer traffic management tool in NZ or overseas? (I know it's possible to mess around with in-home routers to do it.)

Hi there,

We have investigated the market in NZ and overseas and we still haven't found another ISP that offers this feature to its customers. This is definitely a first in Australasia and maybe even in the world. Can't be 100% sure about that though :)

If anyone does know of another ISP that offers this please let me know!

From what I can tell playing Rocket League on PS4 is classified as other. I know RL is important at BigPipe headquarters so it really should come up as gaming... Is this just a problem at my end somehow?

Stopped working after a recent update.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

What specifically isn't working? Are you on Android or iOS? Have you contacted support? Assuming you've upgraded to the most recent update, but the more info you can provide the easier it's going to be to give you a helpful answer.
