Telecom want $300 to install master filter.

If i'd had the broadband less then a month the price would have been $199.

What's going on here, rip off customers that have been with them a long time.

I'm in christchurch if there any installers in my area, otherwise i might have to disconnect broadband and change isps, so can get it for more reasonable price.

rugrat: Thankyou. I sent you email this morning. I sent it from a gmail account.

Should i try again from telecom, email one? Just i rarely use it.

Hey, sorry I had brain fade not checking my Spam folder.

I've had it confirmed by two different people the install is $199.  Seems to be a few out dated docs talking about the $299 cost in relation to if you have been with Telecom more than a month for whatever reason.  Following that up now.  If there is a problem with the bill just email me and we will make sure you get the credit on your account.
