Hi,

What is the cheapest method a Telecom customer who is moving to another provider can take up to keep their existing @xtra.co.nz address?

I see earlier threads mentioning a dial-up account for $20 / month.

What about this?

Yep.. You can keep your xtra email address if you have a mobile broadband plan. So the $15 Mobile Broadband plan would be cheaper than the dialup plan if you wanted to do that (I could be wrong and don't hold me to this if I am!)

Edit: The other option is to transfer the email account to a person who is still a Telecom Broadband customer, if they are happy to have that email address associated with their account.
