I spent ten minutes digging the telecom site to no avail so I'm just going to ask -

I was in Singapore on my Prepay sim and lo and behold I got all my sms and received all my calls! (I have ZERO credit on my prepay)

Is this for all countries or just Singapore or just a glitch?

I am asking because I am thinking of switching to Skinny - same Roaming policy on Prepay?
