I'm unsure if this is normal or not just checking before I go unplugging stuff from the router. So any help would be appreciated.

the VDSL stays connected until fibre confirmed as working, 2 orders essentially

if you unplug the VDSL Cable, you should be getting Fibre speeds and vice versa.

however unsure what the modem deafults to using tho.
