Just had a tab open up on my browser asking me to complete a survey for BigPipe? Is this for real?

Guaranteed $40 gift blah blah blah. Looked very suspect to me and clicked out without completion.

I think this has come up before, and it was a scam that was just ripping the ISp name out of the whois data for your IP to specify your ISP.
