So, I have just been told that they no longer offer public IP address for their customers, while it cleared stated otherwise on their website.

And here I am, deciding to leave after just one day after being connected. Stay away from Bigpipe unless your want to be lied to.

Every time I see a user posting strong words such as "deceptive business practices" have to follow the thread. Most times is something innocuous, or something that can be easily fixed by talking through the situation.

I know it's done and dusted now but I wish people would post the facts, ask for opinions and seek help - before going hard.
