Been with BigPipe for one day now and I have a little problem with my public facing IP address. My router is getting the IP address 100.64.xxx.xxx. But when I get a my IP address from noip.com I get an IP address of 219.88.xxx.xxx

The differences in IP addresses is causing my IP webcam to not work remotely and effecting my 2Talk VoIP service. I'm guessing this is one of the side effects of using CGNAT???

I understand that that I can pay for a static IP address, but I not sure if this is going to fix my issue?

CG NAT is simply another layer of NAT. 1 public IP address shared amongst many people (well actually many public IP addresses shared amongst many many people).

What you need is a publicly routable IP address - to do this from Bigpipe you need to get a static IP, which will also be public.

Be very careful about opening up ports on your router for webcams though - frequently they are not very secure....
