Got a text from Enable saying my Fibre connection has been transition from BigPipe to Spark.

However, I can only establish a PPPoE connection when it is not VLAN tagged. If I set VLAN ID to 10 it doesn't work.

@cbrpilot are you able to help me out, as I'm a little confused? I thought VLAN 10 was a requirement for Spark?

Right, so your connection is now fully provisioned on the Spark side.  The team advise me that the Enable order didn't send us the correct notifications that would have resulted in your order getting completed on our side in the usual way which is odd.

You should now be getting your full plan speed.

It is still untagged - I've asked the team to go back to Enable to get them to fix the VLAN tagging.  As you no doubt expect when they do that you'll need to make the same change on your end.  Not sure what the turn-around time is for Enable to do this type of thing (i.e. might not be today).

Enable are saying that it is now tagged.   Can you confirm? (As this is just a config between the ONT and your router we can't actually see it from our end).
