Mum is on a Spark ADSL plan in Auckland, and I told her she should consider going to VDSL . 

There is no master splitter/filter installed... if we upgrade her to a spark VDSL plan , will they install a master splitter? And, does that cost anything? 

I 'could' install one myself as I have done so before at my house, but better they do it :)
