I'm staying with a relative and she has ADSL with Spark. As there are extra people in the house her data usage has gone up. Her plan is a 60GB plan but I can't find any information on Spark's website about overage charges (it seems to have disappeared).

Can someone from Spark please let me know how much she will be charged if she goes over her 60GB allowance?

Hi Quickymart, unfortunately from that desciption on the bill there are two possibilities as to the correct answer (plan is quite old as you know!) so can't answer purely based on that.

From the info I have the two possibilities are:

1/ Old plan: Overage is charged in 5GB blocks at $5 each, with a max of 10 of them (after which it is unlimited).

2/ Ancient plan: Overage is charged at $1/GB with no max charge

We believe it's more likely to be (1) above, but the customer would need to contact us to be positive.

My views are my own, and may not necessarily represent those of my employer.
