i have suddenly experienced a dramatic drop in speed since Thursday and would appreciate any feedback/suggestions if there are any! I was getting a perfectly acceptable 11Mbps down and 0.90Mbps up speed consistently but have dropped to a crawl as indicated in results below. I have contacted Telecom who are "watching the line" for five days, in the meantime im left frustrated as videos/downloads are practically impossible.
I will also post my modem stats which look as normal as they have been.

i should add, yes, ive tried all the usual remedies, including second modem, resetting etc.
