Hi Spark,

1)  I noticed when i try and use the Spark app (on iOS 8) it always gives me "App not available ... Try again later".   I know from there though, it has buttons for adding data one-offs.  

2) When I dial *123, I can find options to data extras, but automatically renewed monthly -  no one-offs.

Are both 1&2 known to you?  Do I have to add an automatically renewing extra, and then just cancel it again?

All extras are recurring by default.
You are correct for how to make them "one off's" Purchase the extra, and then stop it from renewing.

If the App's not working, try going to

As above, once you add an extra you can then switch the auto renewal to off to achieve what you're after.

Hey everyone, thanks for the replies.

Btw, Spark. Bug report.  When i go to the webpage to stop an extra from automatically reoccurring (and do not add any extras), it incorrectly gives me a popup that says something like  "Thanks! We'll text you when your extra is ready."
