Hi Spark,
1) I noticed when i try and use the Spark app (on iOS 8) it always gives me "App not available ... Try again later". I know from there though, it has buttons for adding data one-offs.
2) When I dial *123, I can find options to data extras, but automatically renewed monthly - no one-offs.
Are both 1&2 known to you? Do I have to add an automatically renewing extra, and then just cancel it again?
