Just wondering if others are having issues with spark internet at the moment? I'm in Tauranga and the fibre connection isn't working. According to the router page the fibre is connected, but the status says "connecting" for a while followed by "disconnected".

I have tried calling Spark, I'm expecting a call back in "over an hour", which is quite useless.

Not just Spark, i'm with Vodafone in Tauranga and also lost connection - internet, phone and TV

Perils of no redundancy when getting all services over fibre

I'm aware there could be a Chorus failure at the Cameron Road exchange. Possibly major. No eta for restoration at this stage.

Thanks. There's now a message on the Spark website about an outage in Tauranga. That's good in the sense that it's not just me, so I don't have to try and deal with tech support!
