I am having issues with international browsing, sites are very slow to load or don't load at all)i.e timeout), I expected to find a thread here about this issue as this has to be affecting a lot of people surely?

Came here to see if anyone else was posting about it.

Yes, I have noticed the same problem. I'm in Christchurch on Spark VDSL.

I just had a Spark customer call about this issue. It only seems to affect websites that are hosted offshore, so perhaps there's an issue at an upstream provider.

I noticed an issue here as well - Arstechnica cannot load. I originally thought it might have been an issue with the wifi connection but I've gone for old fashioned cable to the router and the same issue appears as well.

Edit: Strange, the issue doesn't appear to impact Spark's mobile network - arstechnica loads fine on my mobile using my mobile connection.

We're onto it. I can see the issue. No ETR yet. Thought I'd drop a quick note here at least to let people know it's under action.

Cheers - N

An update to the Spark Outages pages would be helpful :)

I'm sure an update is underway but if it's like most places, the wheels turn slowly.  :)

I mainly jumped on here to see if anyone else was having an issue and it was a bonus to see it's a known issue and being worked on.  Thanks!
