For the last few weeks I have been getting random email notifications for various subjects. Just had one re 'Carwash' .
I am not subscribed to any, anyone else affected , or am I missing something?

When you go to a forum you will see two buttons: [Auto Watch] will automatically subscribe you to every new topic in that forum. [Watch Forum] will send you an email when a new topic is created but not subscribe you.

 

Visit the forum for the thread you were notified and toggle the switches there.
