Reserved Bandwidth (kbit/s) up/down = 864 / 6400
Uptime = 00:25:52
kBytes Tx/Rx = 1332 / 3509
Properties
Output Power (dBm) up/down = 12.0 / 19.0
Attenuation (dB) up/down = 24.0 / 39.0
Noise Margin (dB) up/down = 13.0 / 12.0
Vendor Id (local/remote) = ALCB / ALCB

the output power on th edownload seems to be 19 is this high i read in some net sites that 19 or higher could be somthing wrong on the line but im still getting reasonable download speeds......

any ideas? or comments?

All your stats are almost identical to mine including output power.  Nothing wrong with that.

i have another modem that i can use, and it show realtime sound noise ratio, it shows that the down sound noise ratio fluctuates between 10 - 13.5 where as the upload sits on 12 - 13 strong, its weird

Modems do not give accurate signal-to-noise ratios, but it does give a good indication.  Exchanges have an accurate measurement, and ISPs have access to that data in real time.

It is a relative number, but that range of numbers is normal.  Get worried when it drops to 7, because it will not be far away from getting disconnected and the modem having to renegociate the connection (takes 30 seconds).

Remember that your phone line was not originally designed for ADSL signals, so the signal will change even if an overhead phone line swings in the wind.
