Xnet is bad.

I am NOT on the torrent plan. I do not like it at all. From 12 to midnight any slight strain on our end of our internet plan (FS/128 20g cap with Xnet) totaly destroys anything we try and do. I assume this is due to the huge amount of [Insert offensive name here]'s downloading their Music, Movies, Games, Programs, Porn, or whatever with their damn torrent programs that are ruining the internet. These programs should be BANNED. They do nothing but encourage people to download things they shouldnt and the people who actually use it for good intentions are probably 5% out of everyone.

Xnet need to do something about their torrent users as I've been quite a happy customer up until now when they released the plan.

It is the most horrible feeling of wasting money when you cant even enjoy something when your paying for the internet and its performing no-where near the level it should be. Why the hell should I get punished for the filth people download with torrent programs? This so called HSI Torrent plan Xnet has designed is made for 12-8am (soon to be 2am-8am) NOT ALL DAY. I am getting constant disconnections in game, download speeds are horrible, web pages load extremely slow, things like youtube are unwatchable without a 10-20 minute break once you start trying to watch it.

I'm pulling my hair out because Xnet has no consideration for ANY of their HSI Pay per Meg customers. Almost to the extent I wonder why they even have the plan there.

Already looking to change. I just hope the new ISP we end up on doesnt dig themselves the same grave as Xnet has.
