Just wondering...
Are we expecting any problems with the TBOX during the upcomming daylight change period or was the previous daylight change-over a smooth one ?
I expect to be recording the F1 Singapore GP Qualifying on Sunday 25th at 3am so should I take precautions and record the previous/later programs as well ?
Cheers.

There were some snags last time (Sky end as well) so I would record around it yes.

Oh man, I'm starting to worry that I shan't get a complete recording of the F1Qualifying during the daylight change period.
The GUIDE is currently showing the following:
F1Q CH30(SKY Sports 1) SUN 0155-0330, but the information tag (using the INFO button) shows a DURATION of just 35 minutes. (Should be 1h35m).
following F1Q is an entry titled "NO PROGRAM INFORMATION" 0330-0430 which I cannot book for recording or get information about using the INFO button.
...and with the TBOX's current quirk of switching the LIVETV feed to CH1 after the TBOX updates in the early hours, I can't even leave the LIVETV set to CH30 and use my trusty PVR to record the live feed off to my HDD.

TelstraClear can you allay my fears?

Hi everyone,

We're aware of this and are chasing it up with an external provider.

Cheers, Gary

Oh great!
SKY has rearranged the schedule and changed the "LIVE F1 Practice 3" to a delayed coverage starting just before the "F1 Qualifying".
So now the TBOX is going to have both recording tuners active as the daylight change takes place.
Maybe there is a conspiracy... ;-)

No change to the TBOX EPG for the F1Q yet... any feedback from the external provider?

Hi everyone. The provider sent the corrected data about 30 minutes ago. It has just been processed and loaded into our database. The new data will load this afternoon and be available either after overnight update.

New times are:

FIA F1 Practice 3 LIVE HD 01:00-01:55

FIA F1 Qualifying LIVE HD 01:55-04:30

Note that if you have set the Qualifying to record already (prior to the EPG update) you need to delete that ‘To Be Recorded’ sitting in the planner and re-create it again (select this programme with the correct duration of 1 hour 35 minutes and press ‘record’). Otherwise it's possible that you will only get 35 minutes recorded.

Thank you Gary.
I've just checked the TBOX EPG this morning and everything appears to be in order now.
Cheers.
