You realise clear.net.nz isnt on the list of domains to be decommissioned? Maybe its in the second round of cuts?

Yes, message me with the details - original email/new email and ideally account number so I can validate.

Cheers

@MikeHales I set up my forwarding last week before the 30th and Im still getting no forwarded emails (they just get bounced).

Is there a delay in getting the redirects sorted at the moment?

That still doesn't take away the fact that clear.net.nz and paradise.net.nz e-mail address were part of the shut down this month. The site you've quoted only lists the domains that were hosted on ihug servers. The Telstra Clear inherited domains are hosted on different servers.

Im not arguing BTW its just odd that clear.net.nz people can still login even though the service should be shut down. The fact that they are on different servers might explain why...

HELP! I cannot import my clear.net.nz emails to my Hotmail.com account.  I have watched the video, and followed the instructions, but outlook.com wont connect.  I can still login and use webmail. The CS person only was interested in setting up auto forwarding which is not what I am having problems with.

You'll need to call as Clear has been shutdown.
