Interesting ... yesterday I deemed my Clear email address was no longer needed, and that all my correspondents etc were aware of my new email address.
I logged into my Clear Account, went to the Manage Users section and saw that my wife's and my Clear addresses were indeed marked as being Forwarded to their respective new addresses ... and I then proceeded to delete my one.
However, just now I have received an email sent to my old Clear address, ergo the Forwarding is still working, so question is -
is the deletion process not automated but treated manually at Vodafone?, and
how long before it kicks in?
Doesn't worry me too much, but people I have been assisting could get anxious.
