timmmay: It's still not working properly. I got a txt to my Telecom phone at 13:00, I replied at 13:01 and it didn't arrive.

Do I need to post to the Telecom forum to tell them about the problem or is this a Vodafone issue? I presume the tech guys speak to each other anyway.

We think it's very close to being resolved now, just doing some final checks. Appreciate your patience.

Cool. Just letting you know in case you thought it was working again. I know not to rely on it now.

Is there any guarantee that delayed messages will get through once the issue is resolved, or is it perhaps best to resend?

I'm switching to WhatsApp. Seems a lot of people use it already, and I'll get the people I communicate with most often to install it. Problem solved.

Is there any chance that the Vodafone text black hole problem will be completely fixed over the next day or so?.

I haven't received any 2FA codes from my bank ( who blame Vodafone ), and apparently random texts from Telecom users either get though immediately, or not at all.

Normally I'd leave this for johnr to reply to, but he's actually working to help resolve the issue so he's flat tack. We're sorry about the hassle folks - we really are trying our best to get this sorted as quickly as possible.

That's not the network status page, that's a forum that very few people will bother reading. The network status page is here.

Yeap if I google Vodafone Network Status I get the link that Timmmay posted, and where I would expect the info to be.

Fair enough, I'll find out why it isn't on there.
