networkn: Regarding the post about XNet bashing 2talk... If you had been a 2Talk customer and knew how bad it was, you would soon come to know, that it would be hard to be worse than that.

I am a 2Talk customer ... and from a "product" pov have had very few issues.... as I have had issues with XNet.

E3xtc: the great thing about next week is that there will always be another week after the next

And the month after that!

Yeah if they're too long I might be switching to Snap as well (unless i'm getting charged $199 for a install when i'm already on NDSL then it will be the next worst option).

Ever tried to get support? Of the 9 cases I had open, 1 was closed in a reasonable timeframe. They constantly tried to blame our config, but switching to another provider with the same equipment fixed all our issues and we are so happy now. VOIP isn't perfect, I wouldn't have made the switch if I knew then what I knew today..

I've finally decided that enough is enough. No more thread watching - I have just signed up with Snap.

Same here, I feel I have been pretty patient with Xnet as I find their service good but this is getting a bit silly now.

Even if Xnet hadn't been promising new pricing for months now I would still be moving. I can get much cheaper pricing (and similar service levels) with snap.

I understand problems happen, but I don't see why they couldn't have announced the new pricing without launching the website. Customers will only stay loyal for so long.

The rumored pricing that has been posted here doesn't help either, if that really is the new pricing then Xnet have clearly lost touch with the current market. (i'm fairly confident when/if the new pricing comes out it will be better than what is posted above)

I have had great service and support from Xnet but can now longer justify my monthly bill, maybe I will come back one day but for now, goodbye.

So which ISP are you talking about Xnet or Snap as I would like to think that once your up and running support shouldn't be needed unless something drastic happened.  9 cases is a lot of issues to be needing support for.

Called Xnet sales back today, They wouldn't say why the new plans are still not out.
If the info I got last week is the extent of any data bundling then they are going to be uncompetitive for anyone using over 5GB of data.

I'm exercising my customer choice.
Goodbye Xnet.

I've just signed up with Telstra Clear for homeline +40GB free data for $75 per month.
first 2 month free, free wireless modem, no connection fee to get an analogue phone put back on.
Free 40GB data is only for 12 months so I'll review the offerings again then.

Slingshot are also currently offering analogue phone & 20GB for $69 per month for a 12 month contract.

I'll miss free caller ID & voicemail from Fusion but i'll enjoy the 40GB more.

Regards Allen.

Hi. Sorry I wasn't very clear. The TC free 40GB is per month for 12 months.

I'll re-evaluate what's on offer when the 12 month is up.

Regards Allen.
