Awhile ago there was a post concerning charging for caller ID on your VOIP network you were going to query this charge but nobody from vodafone responded with a answer.
Sorry for the delay. As you can imagine - we have had a fair bit on. Can you clarify the issue is that we are charging customers for caller ID functionality on VOIP? I haven't seen this issue come up of late, so is it still a problem/error?
