Today I phone Vodafone about there Private cloud service and I spoke to about four people and none of them knew what it was or did not have any training to comment. The funny bit was I was tolled to phone the 0508 number to get better more information, ironically that was the number I called in the first place.

The impression I got was that it was an existing service brought over from Telstraclear as part of the merger and nobody as Vodafone could help.

My question is, is anybody using this service, how much does it cost and is it located in NZ?
