I was wondering I believe 4G on Vodafone is using 1800 band on phones, if a phone is running quad band 850/900/1800/1900 but doesn't state it's LTE will it be capable of running 4G or is this just wishful thinking on my behalf?

4G as of today is on 1800Mhz so band3 in the LTE band plan if specs don't state LTE then they are talking about GSM / 2G
