Hi

I have noticed a significant speed drop since switching to the unlimited plan.

It has been like this for a few days, so wondering if it has been throttled back or is there some other network related issue?

Modem DSL Information shows

DSL synchronization status: Up

Connection status: Showtime

Upstream line rate (kbit/s): 9446

Downstream line rate (kbit/s): 33640

Maximum upstream rate (kbit/s): 9472

Maximum downstream rate (kbit/s): 33728

Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 11.9

Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 12.1

Upstream interleave depth: 0

Downstream interleave depth: 0

Line standard: VDSL

Upstream line attenuation (dB): 0

Downstream line attenuation (dB): 0

Upstream output power (dBmV): 0.1

Downstream output power (dBmV): 13.5

Downstream interleave depth: None

I was getting higher test speeds than this before, with up to 9Mb's upload speed.

richieg: Not sure what the relevance is of whether it was done on a fixed or over wireless.  Both results were on the same computer on same router and in same location just at different times.

Has lots to do with it

Issue on our end. I got some progress on it but it seems a few people have the same issue and migrations are taking place to fix it soon.

Cheers
