I recently got my Ultra Hub from Vodafone. In preparation for fibre in another 18 months... still on ADSL here.

The installation and setup was fine, and I didn't change my userid or password as it managed to pick these up from the previous install (don't ask me know!).

The userid and password are something I setup when I installed my first Vodafone router all those years ago.

Anyway, everything is still working, I disabled the WiFi and made a couple of minor tweaks and plugged in the Google WiFi devices. My network and internet access are all there, working fine.

But I managed to get into an argument with the password saver software and now I can't sign-on to be router!

I know its one of a couple of userid & password combinations but I can't remember which ones.

Anyone else have a similar problem? How to you resolve it??

I'm reluctant to phone Vodafone and then spend twenty minutes on hold or being passed around the office between their staff and having to repeat my enquiry to each new person.

On the bottom of the ultrahub, there should be a sticker with the default passwords for WiFi and to login, providing you haven't changed the login, and its case sensitive.
