Could someone who works in Vodafone to help, please?

I recently found that Vodafone broadband is UNABLE to connect to ASB Bank's internet banking (fnc.asbbank.co.nz), which is extremely frustrating since I needed to access Internet banking to check customers payments a number of times every day.

Spoken to a Vodafone customer service in general but sounded he's got no idea what I was talking about. (Asking me to restart the computer and restart the router etc......)

Vodafone 3G/4G seems fine. Connecting via a VPN also seems fine.

It looks like it is a routing issue. Packets seem to get lost at 202-37-243-65.gis.global-gateway.net.nz

Trace route record attached.

The problematic broadband is in the Auckland CBD area (at Beach Road, Auckland Central)

ivor@ivor-OptiPlex-3020:~$ traceroute fnc.asbbank.co.nz
traceroute to fnc.asbbank.co.nz (210.55.180.58), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets

I can confirm that ASB Bank's website is not down as it can be accessed from other ISP or via VPN.

If anyone here can please help, thank you to you all in advance.

Thanks for all the suggestions given above indeed.
I didn't mean to be rude but very sorry, I was just getting extrememly frustrated with this.

Someone suggested me to disable IPv6 on the computer this afternoon and indeed that seemed to be the problem.

I use Ubuntu (Linux) and after adding these lines to /etc/sysctl.conf and run "sudo sysctl -p" everything works again.

net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1

Now I can connect to asb.co.nz, online.asb.co.nz or fnc.asbbank.co.nz (triggers a redirection) with no problems.

I will still provide my account number to Shaun for investigations but it is all good to me now (I don't really use IPV6 at the moment).

Thanks a bunch to all of you replied to my post.
