Woke up to an email from Vodafone saying we had gone over our monthly data allowance, according to vodafone tracker we used 11 gigs out of our 20 in 2 days.

Neither of us has done any abnormal browsing, just wondering of anyone else has experienced this issue? I know both Mircosoft and apple put out updates over the past few days, didn't think they could be that big.

Is there any way of finding out / tracking where the data was used?

Last week's Microsoft updates were at most around 50 MB if you keep your PCs updated.

Are you not running any Torrent, downloading game updates (there's a reported case of a game update a couple of months ago that was always failing to install, then downloading the whole thing again).

Might pay to check with the call centre, I am sure there is / was a known issue with data counting over the weekend

Have you logged in and check your usage meter this morning?

No torrents - downloading, no video streaming, very strange. Is there anyway of finding out where it all went?

Just rang the call centre and they are going to look into it....seems they have to request some data report which may take a day or so to come through......

Done, came back basically blank, one ad ware agent....

Also haven't had any loss of speed or performance on this machine so seemed unlikely but worth checking.
