Hope @JasonParis can answer this one. I received an automated call today from Vodafone asking me to partake in a survey to make sure everything is okay. I confirmed my identity and held. I was then put on hold for a further few minutes until someone answered.
After a few minutes a woman answered and asked how she could help? I advised her Vodafone had called me to do a survey which she knew nothing about. Then she commented it might have been about my account but nothing was overdue. I told her the voice prompt had definately advised a survey would be done. Very odd indeed. Firstly I have never had a call asking me to take part in a survey and secondly, would have been good if the CSR knew what I was calling about. Felt a bit like a muppet when the CSR kept asking how she could help.
