Hi everyone what is the current best value "ultra low usage" prepaid mobile plan in NZ?

Am looking at total topup $10-20 per annum. With casual rates that won't break the bank if there is occasional TXT and calling. No data requirement for this one.

Vodafone's old plan with 1c TXTs was good until that was killed.
