Been with Spark for a few years now ported from 2d found their coverage to be terrible at the time frequently dropping back to 3g

Want to drop plan as I don't use much data any more and Spotify is no longer free

Currently on $59 Carryover got a $10 off for 12mnths

Experiences with Vodafone and Skinny? (Yes im aware its spark)

shk292:

How much data is "not much".  I'm on Spark's $19 prepay deal and with the data stack, that currently gives me 4GB per month

Travels around NZ in the last year has shown me that Spark consistently outperforms 2D in coverage and speed

Could you save more by switching package than switching carrier?

Called up spark today and well their prepay option was quite decent and well they have good network speeds and well kogan was really slow when i tried one of their 1$ sims for many people it would be adequate but for me no.

Downgraded to the $19 plan but will get more data in the coming months.

Great Rep on the phone too who even offered the $39 plan with spotify at a discount (nice) but said my usage would not be cost effective.

Voda was shit on the phone not really interested in a potential customer and shifted offshore disappointing.

Heard 2D is good but in a recent trip to Thames had really poor reception which does show the maturity of their network but great prices if you live urban.
