I have recently had fibre installed. For a Broadband supplier I have gone with Bigpipe. For a telco I have gone with 2 Talk. Phone (which I have had for some time and was working fine with 2Talk on the copper line) is Gigaset and Router is TP Link. I have set up my Gigaset and can make Voip calls but not receive calls. Can anyone tell me why and lead me through the solution. Thanks. Lemuzz

Big pipe uses CGNAT (basically double NAT) that can break VoIP. Your best option is to pay for a public IP.
