Can any please help.
I install windows ultimate on my laptop, but know i cannot clean up my c drive, disk clean doesn't work it starts then flicks off. Defragment doesn't work ever.
Then i found also it is on the d drive vice versa.
I have tried everything. Can anyone please help with this.

Not too sure what you mean there? Is this a clean install on a formatted drive, and you have partitioned it yourself?

Or are you installing Ultimate over another version (upgrade) with existing partitions in place?

i upgrade from windows basic to windows ulitmate and its not a clean install just installed with basic already on there.

I suggest reinstalling, this time doing a full clean install, removing all other versions when prompted.

probably best thing to do is log on to the Administrator account and try doing a disk clean-up /defrag from there, you might not have sufficient permissions as another user.

ctrl+alt+del at the logon screen. Enter Administrator as the username and use the password that you specified during install.
