Can anyone tell me how to speed up bit torrent. I've been having trouble with the ports and dont no which one to use. All my downloads on bit torrent go at 20kbs on a 3.5mb connection

Depends on the client you're using but if you go to the Azureus Wiki and have a read, you'll find many useful tips.
