OK, so I have been mucking around with Outlook.com as part of a possible move to Windows Phone as the new Nokia phones, 720 for me it looks like, seem to have it over Android at the moment.

Some of Outlook.com I really love, the interface is great.

I can find a way to easily sort unread messages. I hate everything being mixed up in my inbox so I have folders for everything which is great but sometimes I want to review my unread mail from all the folders so I know I haven't missed anything.

Please don't tell me MS left out included this functionality.

Didn't anybody tell you I was a hacker?

Manage Categories (get to this by right clicking, bottom left under "Quick views")
tick the "Unread" Quick View, under Outlook categories
now will be a Unread link the bottom of your main Outlook.com page, bottom left under "Quick views"
