I have a dual boot setup right now, W7 on one SSD (old OS) W10 on the other. When I just plug in the W10 drive it says it's not bootable. When I plug in the W7 driev as well it lets me boot from it and choose either W7 or W10.

How do I make W10 bootable?

try the automatic repair, when booting off a windows 10 iso stick.

next option is running the /fixmbr and /fixboot commands

check this article for options, it seems to walk through nicely for windows 8 which should apply to Win 10 also: http://www.techspot.com/guides/630-windows-8-boot-fix/
