I've recently installed some software on a computer running Win 7. This software uses some USB peripherals and one item isn't working correctly. Apparently I should have left the USB devices disconnected until the software had been installed and this may be the cause of my problem.

I've tried uninstalling the software using the Windows Uninstall function. However I know it cannot have fully uninstalled the software as some default settings I'd changed were still present on the re install.

I see there are a few choices, what recommendations are there for software removal tools so that I can do a clean re install?

Thanks in advance for your help.

System restore to before you uninstalled the program and then use: http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
