I've had two of the 2015 variety, and am on my third. The first 2 self-bricked, and were replaced by Intel (with little difficulty -- kudos to Intel for responding so well, less kudos for the stick itself!). My latest one came with Win10 installed, and it updated itself to Win 10 Anniv. The one referred to may be the earlier model that I have had. Later model has an additional USB 3 port I believe.
If anyone is thinking of buying one, I strongly suggest they look at the Intel community discussions, bearing in mind that what you see there are the problems, not the successes. But it will give you some idea of the problems you may meet.
Personally, when they are working, I think they are rather good. I use mine with a MS wireless keyboard, and have a further 64 GB installed (which you need, not much space left on the original 32 GB after the OS). No good for *serious* work (only Atom), but fine with Word and suchlike. No problems streaming NZ TV and suchlike.
