I've just uploaded a photo to facebook from my macbook pro and the photo is much larger than I would like it

I've gone in to 'photos' and 'edit', but there is no option to re-size the photo... I can enhance it, crop it, adjust red eye...etc... but there is no option to make the photo smaller

Can someone please tell me how I can do this.... wife is complaining the photo is too big and I need to resizeit a.s.a.p.!

Load up iPhoto. (use the mag glass search on the top right of your screen to look for it).

To resize a photo in iPhoto, select the photo or photos you want to adjust and click on the File button from from menu bar. Then choose Export or hit Command-Shift-E. In the Export window, choose the tab 'File Export', which lets you adjust the size of the image. Your options are small, medium, large, and full-size.

This should do it.

Edits: just wee small things :-)
