Firstly, i am new to using Mac

From past week mac feels really slow. does not matter what i am working on, it just takes time to open or close.

Example:

using google chrome - usually open 5 tabs, if i close 1 tab, it responds and closes after 5-10 seconds.

using photoshop - working on a template, just changing from text to move tool, i see a rainbow loading thing for 5 seconds. (this is not using my mouse but using keyboard shortcuts)

back when i first started using mac, i opened tonnes more applications than i am using today.

Apps opened before a week - Chrome (min 5 tabs), chrome incognito window, Firefox, Photoshop, acrobat pro dc, Outlook, Excel.

Apps opened now - Chrome, Photoshop, acrobat, outlook
