Ok this is an actual thing that happend to me late on Friday night. I was playing Halo on my PC when all of a sudden I lost my wireless internet connection (very rare). As I lost my internet connection, ALL the touch lamps around my home began playing up, all at the same time: The ones that were off, turned themself on, the ones that were on, went up one level of brightiness (they have 3 levels of brightness). The ones that were at the 3rd level of brightness turned themself off.

Does anyone have a scientific explanation for this? Can a WLAN router cause this?
