Unless you are going to have full service, where they fill the car, wash the windows, check the oil etc then why do you need employees, really?

I agree with Meesham. Employees make mistakes, especially if they are young and inexperienced, and this should be factored into the overheads when charging for a product or service. It's a sad fact of life that there are many opportunists out there, and there is very little that a twenty year old girl can do to chase down a criminal who drives away without paying.

No wonder so many people choose to live on the benefit rather than working if this how they've been treated by previous employers.
